I dont want to sell led bulbs, i dont make any money on them unless I order a 1,000 bulbs @ 4.00 each and thats each color. They are a option with new led mod installs, but if you need replacements please order them from the link above.
I recommend superbright led bulbs to best match what I install in the 2000-13 touring bikes small gauges. They are a bit more expensive, but they put out good bright, vibrant colors, they last longer than bulbs off ebay, I've had them last a couple years. No one wants to be pulling their fairing off every 2-4 weeks to replace a bulb.
Ebay, or bulbs from Amazon, will not match well with what I install in the speeo/tach gauges
There is no need to remove your small gauges to install the bulbs, all you have to do is remove the plug insert the new bulb and install it back into the back of the gauge. Led bulbs are polarity correct. Meaning the positive of the bulb, has to go to the positive of the bike. You may want to make sure you have the bulb in correctly via key switch before you install all your bulbs and fairing.
A couple tips, some have reported they pulled their bulbs out of the socket about 1/2 way for better contact, or you can try and place something under the wire leg (piece of tape) to get better contact.
