Warranty

You get a life time warranty on work preformed and a 1 year on the gauge itself. My personal gauges have been going on 3+ years without issues. I will stand behind the LED's and the solder work for as long as you own your bike. I am a honest person and hope when you are sending in your gauges for mods or warranties, I expect the same.

6.5" Touch screens & 4.5" Boom Audio radio button led modz, warranty only covers led modz, work preformed. I am assuming you are sending in a working unit. If for any reason your radio does not work after reassembling it, I will only refund the amount for the radio mod.

Harley Rushmore CVO hand controls led mods, warranty only covers leds and work preformed, there is no warranty on the CVO switches.

I do not warranty gauges for fogging or moisture issues. Harley does not guarantee gauges from fogging themselves and I can not warranty anything that Harley will not warranty, they will only replace a gauge for fogging if it causes the gauge to quit working. I do a very nice clean job and after sealing the gauge back up I use a bead of silicone to make the seal better than what the factory gauge was assembled.

If your gauges do not fog now they will more than likely not fog after I perform the led modz. Fogging has more to do with living location and environment than anything else. If you live in AZ your gauges will never fog, but your faceplate will warp from the heat. If you live in MI or FL and live in a high humidity area there is a good chance your gauges can fog. Also how you wash, dry and store your bike will affect moisture in the gauges. Spraying your dash directly with pressurized water or drying it with a leaf blower or pressurized air will force water into the gauge. They are water resistant, not water proof, there is a difference.

Dakota Digital will not warranty gauges that fog unless they quit working because of it. Don't belive me? Call them and ask. Tell them you bought a set and one of them fogs. I get Dakota customers calling me and asking if I can fix their issue because they wont replace their fogging gauge unless it quits working.

What I can't do is give a replacement warranty for gauges that have been previously modified by anyone else other than myself, Drooped, Opened by anyone else other than myself, Sawed, Hacked, Holes drilled into on the back of the gauge, Gauges that were bought off ebay. If Harley wouldn't warranty your gauges before you send them to me to be modded, I won't ether. I will still stand behind my work preformed.

In any instance that I will not replace the gauge under warranty I will modify the new/replacement gauge free of charge, and or install your face plate into the replacement gauge.

If I have to for any reason I have to replace the gauge with a new unit, I will look for the best option for both, you the customer and I. The biggest issue would be the speedometer, no one wants a speedo with more miles than the bike, the tach can easily be replaced off ebay. 1st I would look on ebay for a appropriate gauge with less miles than your bike at a reasonable price. If this can't be done than my next option would be to replace the gauge housing and main board with a new one and install your face plate and mod the gauge to match the other gauges. (I would use the Titanium Gauge for 127.00 from LSHD) Along with this I will keep your old non functioning gauge for parts and service.

I cannot warranty any of the smaller gauges, when installing custom faceplates or faceplate swaps. I have no way to test the gauges for working condition when they arrive, nether alone if they are accurate, they are known for their inaccuracy and poor construction from Harley, they are guides/tools to alert you if something has gone wrong and nothing more. If anything goes wrong and your small gauge quits I will be more than happy to install or swap custom faceplate into a new gauge free of charge.

Any and all issues must be taken up with GaugeMods 1st, all issues will be addressed. By filling out GaugeModZ work order form, or sending your gauges into GaugeModZ, you have agreed to said warranty. No refunds after work preformed. Any refunds will be at GaugeModZ discretion after all other options/alternatives have failed to please the customer, only then will a refund be issued.

There will always be a slight difference between the speedo/tach and the smaller gauges due to the fact that the larger gauges shine through a faceplate and the smaller gauges shine around the faceplates. CVO and titanium gauges do not have this issue as all the gauges shine through their faceplates.

If you're looking for perfection maybe this mod is not for you, but if you're looking for a cheap mod that makes your dashboard look 10x better than stock and not have to spend over a 1,000.00 doing it, by all means this mod is for you.

Lost or damaged goods by the Post Office or other carriers, I will only refund the amount of purchase price.
