Our version of the Harley spun aluminum gauges, you can select colored #'s and scales for that custom look.
There is a vinyl (defuser) backing that goes behind the #'s/scales to give the appearance that the leds are on during the day.
I wouldn't mix colors, a red vinyl backing and blue leds will turn the #'s/scales on the faceplate purplish, red+blue=purple. If your looking to do blue leds ether go with blue or white #'s/scales on the faceplate.
