Personally I would throw the 4.5 in the garbage and upgrade radios ether to the 6.5 or a aftermarket radio, but for those that still want the buttons modded I'll do them.

It's very easy to remove the faceplate from the radio body making shipping safer and easier, there will be extra shipping charges for not removing the radio face.
